By submitting an application to become a Tomahawk Bats affiliate, the applicant agrees to adhere to all standard program policies, guidelines, and terms set forth by Tomahawk Bats.
By accepting these terms, the applicant grants Tomahawk Bats the rights and authorization to use their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). This includes the right to feature the affiliate’s name, photos, images, videos, and likeness in Tomahawk Bats advertising, promotional materials, social media campaigns, and marketing collateral. This authorization applies across all levels of affiliates, including youth athletes, content creators, celebrity representatives, and professional players.
All affiliates are required to represent the Tomahawk Bats brand responsibly. Conduct or content posted on personal or public social media channels that violates brand standards is strictly prohibited. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Tomahawk Bats explicitly reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement, disable affiliate referral links, and revoke access to the affiliate portal at any time, without prior notice, if an affiliate violates public relations standards or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate by management.
