Production & Shipping Timelines

Because our game bats are handcrafted to your exact specifications, please allow 2-3 weeks for production time on custom orders.

• Rush Orders: For rush orders, you can add a $20 fee for a five (5) day minimum turnaround. If you select this option, please write your requested delivery date in the special instructions during checkout.
• Stock Model Bats: If you are in a hurry and do not need custom colors or engraving, our stock model bats are pre-made and we can ship them out the very next day.

Shipping Rates & Policies

Shipping is calculated in real time during checkout. After you enter your delivery address and ZIP code, we request the currently available rates directly from FedEx and USPS for the items in your cart.

• Live carrier rates: Available FedEx and USPS services, prices, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout.
• Rate factors: Your shipping price is based on the destination ZIP code, package size and weight, the contents of your cart, and current carrier pricing.
• Your choice: Select your preferred available shipping service before completing payment. The selected live rate is added to your order total.

Note: Any applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the order and delivery destination.

Wood Bat Policy & Returns

Wood bats do not carry any implied warranty or guarantee against breakage.

Just as you see on television in major league games, even brand new wood bats can break easily if hit on the handle or near the end. It is entirely up to the hitter to not hit the ball on those parts of the bat in order to prevent breakage and to hit the ball hard.

Pro Tip: To maximize the durability of your custom bat, consider selecting our extra processing finish during checkout, which cures the wood for 3 additional days and results in twice the hardness.
